What to Expect
Have a certified powerlifting coach evaluate your squat form. We will go over the muscle groups and stabilizing muscles that will be utilized in this movement. You will learn proper form for warm up and cool down exercises to team up with your squat. We will go over corrective exercises that can help improve your squat form, if needed. You will be guided through the movement with form correction and a spotter to improve your overall strength output for this compound lift.
