What to Expect
All bodies welcome! This private one on one session with Jennifer will begin with body composition and movement assessments to establish your baseline. After discussing your goals and current relationship to fitness Jennifer will lead you through a custom workout tailored both your wants- and needs. With years of expertise ranging from posture correction, athletic conditioning, bodybuilding, to weight management, there's something for everyone. After the session you will sit and discuss recommendations to achieve your goals, including nutritional guidance, personalized fitness programming, and access to the Training app. Meet Jennifer on the fitness floor in the recovery area, and take the first step to changing your health and fitness forever.
