What to Expect

Experience what it’s like to work out with a Dynamic Personal Trainer. In this 60-minute session, expect to start with a brief consultation to discuss you and your goals. Next you will be led through an interactive and motivating training session consisting of a dynamic warm-up, resistance training, conditioning and recovery. At the end, expect your Dynamic Personal Trainer to help you build a plan to get your desired results.
