Experience what it’s like to work out with a Dynamic Personal Trainer. In this 60-minute session, expect to start with a brief consultation to discuss you and your goals. Next you will be led through an interactive and motivating training session consisting of a dynamic warm-up, resistance training, conditioning and recovery.
