What to Expect

Kids will love the way music drives this energetic, self-paced class. We’ll begin with a warm-up then shred through cardio bursts and strength-training for the upper body, lower body and core. This class is for all fitness levels and helps build confidence, strength and coordination. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s class start time to avoid spot being forfeited.
