Demystify the exercise floor in this immersive workshop held in a group setting for active older adults.  Ask questions and learn how to select and use the right cardio and resistance equipment for your body. You’ll explore the strength, balance, and mobility benefits of free weights, remove the intimidation of our functional training equipment, and gain expert advice on stretching and recovery – from where to do it and our best equipment available to you. Reserve your spot and meet us at the training desk 5 minutes before orientation.
