These sessions are designed to teach you new techniques and skills that help you work out smarter, not harder. We'll address muscle imbalace, tightness and injury's. Designing a program based off of your specific body mechanics, fitness needs and goals. We'll meet at the top of the steps near the stretch tables on the fitness floor
