What to Expect
Tone, sculpt and strengthen your core with these graceful ballet-inspired sequences seamlessly combined with challenging core exercises. Pulling from ballet, yoga and Pilates, each class will target your core muscles including the obliques, glutes and lower back. This low-impact workout will improve your posture and balance with movements both on and off the barre.
