What to Expect

Young athletes will work with coaches to build the basics of movement while learning to control their bodies. We focus on speed, agility and coordination. This class is geared towards all kids whether or not they participate in organized sports. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s class start time to avoid spot being forfeited.
