Arriving at the Club

Get Set for Success
  • Park in appropriate spaces, leaving motorcycle and other designated spaces free.
  • Lock your vehicle.
  • Leave valuables at home.
  • Have your membership card (physical or electronic) ready to ensure a quick check in.
  • Check current class schedules on MyLT or on the Life Time Member App
  • Avoid the use of perfume, cologne and body sprays. Antiperspirant is encouraged.

Kids

Courteous Is the New Cute
  • Keep an eye on your kids in all public spaces.
  • For the health of our members, keep sick kids at home.

Locker Room

Respect. Refresh. Restore.
  • Toss your damp towels in a nearby bin.
  • Give the sink area a quick wipe when you’re done.
  • Conserve resources by using one towel per visit.
  • Err on the side of modesty. Stay generally covered up in the locker room.
  • Wear proper attire in the spa, steam room and sauna.
  • Do not store valuables in your locker.
  • No photography or cameras are allowed in any locker room.

Family Locker Room

We Are Family
  • Accompany your children in the family locker room.
  • In order to keep the family locker room free, please use the men’s or women’s locker room with same sex children when possible.
  • Avoid using the family locker room as a pass-through to the pool.

Fitness Floor

Equipment Essentials
  • Let others work in when you’re between sets or finished with equipment.
  • Rerack your weights.
  • Wipe down your equipment when you’re finished.
  • Store all workout bags, coats and other personal belongings in a locker during your workout.

Classes

In Good Company
  • Arrive to class on time.
  • Claim only your own space and equipment.
  • Limit conversations to before and after class.
  • Reserve your spot for all studio, cycle, and yoga classes.

Pool Area

  • A full body soap and water shower is required prior to pool, spa and cold plunge entry.
  • Proper swim attire is required in the pools and/or whirlpools.
  • Stay clear of swim lanes being used by lap swimmers.

Cold Plunge 

  • Shower prior to entering the pool, spa and cold plunge.
  • Enter and exit slowly taking deep, controlled breaths
  • Duration of usage should be 30 seconds for first time up to 5 minutes for advanced users

Sauna, Spa and Steam Room

  • Shower prior to entering the pool, spa and cold plunge.
  • You must wear proper attire and may not shave in or use in the nude.
  • You may not pour water on the sauna heater.
  • Mobile phones may not be used to take or place calls while in the sauna or steam room, and when using mobile phones for music or audio apps headphones or earbuds are required.
