If you are on a payment installment plan and it is currently 21 days or more from your camp start date, please log in to My Reservations in the Life Time app or member website to make edits to your camp registration.

Otherwise, please use this form for the following requests:

• Add days to a week your child is already registered for.
• Edit information on your child’s Participation Agreement (authorized pick-ups, medical information, etc.)
• Cancel or change camps your child is currently registered for and are paid in full. Note: All cancellations must be received at least 21 days prior to the start of your camp in order to receive a refund.
• Swapping days in the same week, with less than a 21 day notice. Note: You will not receive a refund for the cancelled day and will be charged for the added day since we received the change less than a 21 day notice.
