Junior Camp

Little campers will play and learn through fun games, zany theme days and daily activities, including S.T.E.A.M. lessons and skill development. It’s a great way to prepare them for the routines and behaviors of kindergarten.

School-Age Camp

Kids will play energetic sports and gym games and choose their favorite daily activities while learning and growing through S.T.E.A.M. lessons, community connections, warrior challenges, skill development and more.

Tween Camp

This tween time is extreme fun exclusively for older kids. Behind the scenes, we know that they’re also learning how to build teams, develop their strength of character and become better leaders.

Choose Your Adventure

From junior to tween, we make it easy to plan the perfect summer for every camper.


Little campers will play and learn through fun games, zany theme days and daily activities, including S.T.E.A.M. lessons and skill development. It’s a great way to prepare them for the routines and behaviors of kindergarten.


Kids will enjoy themed dress-up days and choose their favorite daily activities while learning and growing through S.T.E.A.M. lessons, community connections, warrior challenges, skill development and more.


This tween time is extreme fun exclusively for older kids. Behind the scenes, we know that they’re also learning how to build teams, develop their strength of character and become leaders.

Monday – Thursday Typical Schedule

The exact schedule and activities vary by club, but here’s a sample of what you can expect.

7–9 a.m.: Before care with choice activities — Before care is optional and available at no additional cost.

9–9:30 a.m.: Checkin, morning meetup and ice breaker

9:30–9:45 a.m.: Warm-ups and warrior challenge — Counselors and campers will challenge one another while also developing teamwork, problem-solving skills and having all out fun.

9:45–10 a.m.: Bathroom and water break

10–11:30 a.m.: Swim lessons and swim team — On Tuesdays and Thursdays, campers will participate in summer camp swim lessons or summer camp swim team. Lessons are organized for all ages and abilities to help swimmers gain confidence and sharpen skills. Swim team is for the more advanced swimmer, challenging them to swim the length of the pool and participate in swim meets (depending on club location). On Mondays and Wednesdays, campers will have free swim time for games and fun with friends.

11:30 a.m.–12 p.m.: Lunch — Campers can either bring a lunch from home or purchase lunch through our LifeCafe. LifeCafe lunches are $7.50–$10 per day depending on selection and location.

12–12:30 p.m.: Activity stations — Children explore areas of interest in our Club Read, Club Play, Club Move, Club Create, and Club Build stations. 

12:30–1 p.m.: S.T.E.A.M. — Science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics activities with amazing experiments and unpredictable results.

1–3 p.m.: Electives — Each week you and your child can customize their camp experience by choosing two activities. Find out more below.

3–3:30 p.m.: Gym, sports, and fitness activities — Campers will move and groove with a wide variety of energy-pumping gym activities.

3:30–4 p.m.: Community connection — Build friendships and learn leadership skills with counselors and campmates.

4 p.m.: Checkout and after care begins — After care is optional and available at no additional cost.

4–4:15 p.m.: Snack — Healthy snacks are provided.

4:15–4:30 p.m.: Counselor challenge and afternoon assembly

5–6 p.m.: Activity stations and check out

Friday Field Trips

Fridays are for extra fun. If your child is a registered for summer camp on a Friday, they will be participating in a field trip day. Field trip days may include an offsite destination, such as a museum, movie theater, or zoo, or something we bring in to do onsite, such as a petting zoo, or carnival games. Campers are transported to off-site field trips by licensed transportation. Field trip destinations can be found within the camp registration page for each individual week. Field trips are included in your camp fee.

Electives

Kids attending school-age and tween camps can choose two specialized electives at time of registration. This is a great way to customize their experience and make camp their own. Register early to lock in their favorites!

Arts and Crafts

Fuel your child’s creativity with a variety of fun projects that challenge, inspire and bring more art and color into their world.

Cheer

Teamwork is the main focus of cheer. We'll teach them jumps and movements, then give them the tools to build their own team cheers. While they achieve individual goals, they'll also connect with the team.

Dance

Campers will learn the basic fundamentals, work on technique and keep up the energy with different cardio dance routines. Instructors encourage self-expression, creativity, discipline and play through dance styles.

Engineering

Let’s get technical. We offer unique, hands-on activities and demonstrations specially designed for budding engineers.

Kids Studio Classes

Kid-friendly versions of our most popular adult classes: LifeBarre, SHRED, Yoga SOL, Ringside and Warrior Sculpt

Offline Coding

In this hands-on class, we meet the world of coding through learning basic programming and problem-solving strategies.

Rock Climbing

Under the guidance of a highly trained instructor, ages 5+ will learn the fundamentals of rock climbing.

Sports Sampler

Explore the basics of all sorts of sports, including basketball, football and soccer.

Tumbling

Campers learn to tumble and gain balance you never knew they had. They’ll focus on building coordination, flexibility and strength through instructor-led skills, safety, spotting and drills.

Yoga

Campers will challenge their physical and mental strength with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and poses to increase flexibility.

JUNIOR THEME

Under the Big Top
Step right up to the greatest camp on Earth! The circus is coming to Life Time and our campers are the stars. We will create our own carnival games, learn some amazing magic tricks and maybe even learn to tame some lions.

School-Age & Tween Theme

See You at the Fair
Come one, come all, we are going to have a ball! Show off your state pride this week at camp with dress up days, carnival games and wacky challenges. See you there!


JUNIOR THEME

Prehistoric Party
Dinosaurs may be extinct, but they’ll come alive at Life Time Summer Camp this year. We’ll dive deep into varied species, learn about fossils and go out on a dinosaur hunt to search for that ever-cool T-rex. Get your inner paleontologist ready and learn about this fascinating world.

SCHOOL-AGE & TWEEN THEME

Retro Mix
Take a trip back in time as we explore the best of the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s! Each day, we’ll travel through a new decade and discover the unique trends, cultural events and historic moments that shaped each one. Era-appropriate costumes are encouraged to represent the best of each decade.


JUNIOR THEME

Astronaut in Training
Time to suit up! This week is out of this world. Campers will be tested to see if they have what it takes to be an astronaut before blasting off.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Moon Walkers & Stargazers
3...2...1...BLAST OFF! Come prepared to float through the world of space this week as we explore the final frontier. Campers will learn to moon walk, complete astronaut challenges and discover the craziness of constellations.


JUNIOR THEME

Planes, Trains & Things That Go Vroom
Start your engines! It’s time to take off on a wild week of adventure at Life Time where we’ll explore all things fast and fun. We’ll build our own vehicles, have the race of a lifetime and learn about engineering and science along the way.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Color Mash Up
Gear up for the ultimate game of games. Each team will compete in a variety of challenges earning points to climb the leaderboard. Throughout the week, campers will come up with team cheers, test their strengths in team building challenges and battle for the crown!


JUNIOR THEME

Bugs, Bees & Butterflies
Have you heard the buzz? This camp is filled to the brim with all things creepy, crawly and more. We will explore world of entomology and discover just how awesome some of the itty bittiest creatures in nature can be!

School-Age & Tween Theme

Fear It or Face It
It’s time to team up with your fellow campers and face your fears! We will conquer challenges such as Egg Roulette and Pass the Plate to determine who is the most fearless camper at Life Time!

What happens when you combine some amazing campers, a few wacky counselors, the summer heat and some fun water activities? You get Wacky, Water Week at Life Time! Spend the week finding fun and creative ways to beat the heat.

Junior Detectives
Have you ever wanted to go on a secret mission? Well, now you can! Campers will be challenged to solve the mystery, but you only have this week to do it! With the help of analyzing fingerprints and using your trusty magnifying glass, you’re sure to solve this mystery in no time.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Top Secret! The Case of the Missing
There has been a disappearance at Life Time and it will be up to our campers to crack the case. Throughout the week we will search for evidence and unravel clues as we work together to solve this epic Life Time mystery. Be prepared — there are sure to be a few added twists and turns to keep you on your toes.


JUNIOR THEME

What Hides Below the Tide
Grab your flippers and jump into this splash-tastic week of camp as we uncover many of the mysteries of the deep seas such as “Do fish get thirsty?” and “Do whales close their eyes when they sleep?”

School-Age & Tween Theme

Pirate Quest
Yo-ho-ho, come sail the ocean blue! We need shipmates to swab the deck, walk the plank and hunt fer pirate treasure....aaaarrrr! Ships set sail, so chart yer course for Life Time!


JUNIOR THEME

Down on the Farm
If it moos, oinks or squawks, you will find it at this week’s camp. We will learn what life on the farm is like, get to know more about some of our favorite farm animals and even have a chance to create our own tractors.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Blizzard at the Beach
Come chill out with us! Campers will find out what frozen things do in summer by building snowmen, sledding relay races and playing Polar Bear Tag. Ski on over and cool off at Life Time!


JUNIOR THEME

Ooey Gooey Fun
If it’s slimy, goeey or gross you will find it at this week of camp! Get ready to get dirty and be totally GROSSED out. Beware, this week isn't or the faint hearted.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Glitter, Slime & Messiness Time
Glitter AND slime? It’s the unicorn equivalent of fun! Kids will make their own glitter confetti, glitter bombs and — of course — glitter slime. And while glitter at home is a sparkly headache for parents, glitter at Life Time stays at Life Time. Get ready for a sparkly, slimy-good time! Don’t worry, the mess stays here.


JUNIOR THEME

Calling All Superheroes
Time to suit up! Headquarters is calling all warriors and avengers to defeat rogue supervillains. Campers will develop their own catch phrases, capes and secret identifies in this marvel week of camp. You won’t want to miss all Junior Campers uniting together to conquer evil — minus the super powers.

School-Age & Tween Theme

The Greatest Show at Camp
Bring out your inner performer when YOU take part in the Greatest Show at Camp! Whether you’re filled with crazy talents or just want to join us for laughs and creativity, there is something for everyone. Our future rock stars and theatrical performers will have a chance to take the stage while our campers who prefer to be more behind the scenes will spend time learning all of the work that takes place backstage to make a performance come to life. The week will end with the greatest show at Life Time: Life Time’s Got Talent.


JUNIOR THEME

Builders & Bulldozers
Put on your hard hats and get ready for a week of creative construction. We will be building our own skyscrapers and construct our own cities. And if that wasn’t enough, campers will end the week with a bang as part of the Life Time demolition team!

School-Age & Tween Theme

Build It & Break It
Don’t worry parents — everything is under control. Campers will enjoy the best of both worlds as they design a variety of artistic masterpieces and epic structures. Then, we have a destructively good time as we tear it all down! This week is sure to be a blast!


JUNIOR THEME

Life Time All Stars
It’s game time! This week, we’ll explore all sorts of sports. Form tried and true favorites to some wacky creations that can only be found at Life Time Camps. Be prepared to get your game face on.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Shoot, Score, Sports & More
Team up with your fellow campers as we run, jump, throw and catch our way through this week. Campers will get to experience traditional sports played in gym class and learn some fun new games that are sure to be a HIT!


JUNIOR THEME

It’s Show Time
Lights, camera, action! Show off your greatest talents and learn some new tricks. Pop on over to Life Time and explore all the fun the stage has to offer.

School-Age & Tween Theme

Drop the Beat, Move Your Feet
This camp is guaranteed to have you moving and grooving all day long. We will master some of the most popular dance moves of today and venture back in time to explore music, dancing and more through the years. From lip sync challenges to designing our own concert tour posters, campers will have a chance to be active and explore all parts of the musical arts throughout the week.
