What to Expect
Inviting women of diverse ages and fitness levels who are committed to unlocking their strength and achieving peak fitness. Join our close-knit community of women, where we inspire one another to surpass boundaries, master the foundations of muscle-building and weightlifting, and sculpt our bodies to attain our unique aspirations. Our group will meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4 PM in the alpha studio. These classes are reserved at a semi-private training rate after the first week of class participation. Each new participant will be given 1 hour to work 1:1 with Coach Julia to develop a personalized plan, understanding of goals (overall health, total body strength, maximal power) and specific equipment and nutrition recommendations. Barbell and weightlifting experience is recommended but not required.
