What to Expect
Learn Fundamental skills of powerlifting to make you the strongest version of yourself with coach Rachael! This is a strength-training class with a primary focus on building strength through the big 3 lifts, Squat, Bench press, and Deadlift as well as accessory movements that will supplement these lifts. This class is created for those looking to find their inner strength and participate in a fun sport celebrating them for their progresson the bar rather than on the scale and build a community to inspire everyone to build strength and learn the importance of that strength. This style of lifting promotes muscular strength as well as improvements to body composition and metabolism. Classes will be offered at a semi-private rate following a 1 week trial period.
