The first floor of Life Time Coral Gables features a reception space, coffee bar, member activities area, along with a kids academy with classrooms and a sport court. The first floor also has two yoga studios, pilates, cycle, and two studios.

Floor Two

The second floor of Life Time Coral Gables features a women’s locker room and men's locker room that each features a steam room, sauna, and hydrotherapy spas. The second floor also has a cafe, outdoor seating, an open-air pool deck, and a salon and spa.

Floor Three

The third floor of Life Time Coral Gables features a fitness with areas for free weights, strength training machines, cardio, stretching, and advanced training. The third floor also has a recovery and chiropractic room.
