What to Expect

Adult Competition Programs are powered by Universal Tennis, a technology platform to help Life Time tennis players gain valuable feedback on your tennis game. Universal Tennis provides you with real-time, objective data on your tennis rating so that you are appropriately matched with players of similar ability and can track your progress as your rating improves. From ladders to leagues to match play, Universal Tennis technology allows you to report your scores for all matches, view your rating trend after each match and connect with players at your club to enjoy as much well-matched tennis as you desire. WOMEN'S TRAVELING TEAM PROGRAM Doubles and Singles traveling teams compete against other Life Time clubs within the area. Teams are formed by Universal Tennis ratings with daytime and evening league offerings varying by location. Please contact the Tennis Desk at your club for details. In-house leagues provide an opportunity to play competitive tennis without leaving the club. Available for men and women at all levels, these leagues meet the same day and time each week and are hosted by a tennis pro to ensure a great time is had by all. In a flex league you play different opponents each week and matches are played by your own arrangement so they are the perfect option for those that need a more flexible schedule.
