What to Expect
Get ready to burn some energy! This class balances traditional yoga moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Kids will enjoy the variety and flow between powerful poses and strength moves, including pushups, squats and burpees — all set to energizing music. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s class start time to avoid spot being forfeited.
