What to Expect
GTX is your daily dose of progressively planned cardio and strength. 50% of class will be on the cardio equipment, 50% will be on the floor with bodyweight or weighted movements. With heart rate-based interval training (on a treadmill or alternative low-impact Machine), resistance coaching and a comprehensive weekly plan, you’ll always have the right formula to keep you improving your overall fitness. MONDAY: Zone 2/3, TUESDAY: 3, WEDNESDAY: Zone 4, THURSDAY: Zone 3, FRIDAY: Zone 2/3, SATURDAY: Zone 4, SUNDAY: Zone 2/3
