What to Expect
Your little dancer will learn fun and innovative choreography from one of our highly trained dance instructor. During each hip-hop class children will work on the core foundations of dance – proper warm up, flexibility, balance, floor combinations, across the floor progressions, technique, stretch and strengthening. Dancers will be exposed to a wonderful opportunity for social and confidence building. We take the idea of the traditional hip-hop class, and infuse it with the Life Time ideals of a healthy way of life. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s class start time to avoid spot being forfeited.
