Can non-members participate in the Parents Night Out?

Parents Night Out is offered complementary with an active junior membership - each child registering for Parents Night Out must hold an active junior membership.

How do I reserve a spot for my child(ren) for Parents Night Out?

You can reserve a spot viewing your club's event schedule, where all the Parents Night Out events are listed. Select the Parents Night Out you wish your child(ren) to attend. You can then select 'Add Participants' and then select which child(ren) you would like to reserve for. Once you have selected your child(ren), you can finish the reservation by selecting the Reserve button at the bottom.

What if Parents Night Out is full?

If Parents Night Out is full, you can still register and be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified via email if you child comes off of the waitlist.

What if my child is on the waitlist?

If your child is on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, they will automatically be pulled off the waitlist, and you will receive an email notification.

Important: If your child is on the waitlist, there is no penalty if they are pulled from the waitlist less than 24 hours in advance and cannot attend.

What happens if my child is registered but can no longer attend?

If your child is registered but can no longer attend, please cancel at least 5 hours in advance. A $25 fee per child will be charged to your club tab for any reservation not canceled at least 5 hours prior to the event. This policy helps us manage resources effectively and allows families on the waitlist the opportunity to attend.

What ages are eligible for Parents Night Out?

Although the age can vary by club, children ages 4-13 (must be potty trained) are allowed to participate.

Where do I drop my child off for Parents Night Out?

Our Team Members will greet you in the Kids Academy to check in for the event.

When should my child(ren) arrive for Parents Night Out?

To ensure our Parents Night Out event is organized and runs smoothly, please arrive on time – there's no need to arrive early. Arriving late may affect your participation. Important: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the start time may forfeit your child's spot, which could be given to someone on the waitlist.

Does my child need to bring anything?

Your child(ren) should wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. Pizza will be offered as a meal during the event.

What is the ratio of team members to children?

The ratio for Parents Night Out is 10:1.

What is the sick and wellness policy?

  • We will follow our Exclusion of Team Member and Sick Child policy 
  • If a Team Member or child has a cough, fever or shortness of breath, we request that they remain at home 
  • If a child in our space is exhibiting signs of illness, they will be removed from other children, and we will contact their parents immediately 
  • If a child does not attend school due to an illness, he/she will not be allowed to check into the Kids Academy or attend classes

What are the team member qualifications/background checks?

All of our Kids Academy team members are highly qualified, background checked and First Aid/CPR certified to provide a fun, enriching and safe environment for children.
