What to Expect
A rowing program for the endurance athlete who appreciates accountability and measured progressive improvement. PWR is programmed using objective, and metric-driven training to elevate your performance both in and outside of the cycle studio. Athletes will establish and use their 2000m row as a threshold measurement training both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. Whether you are looking to improve your rowing as a complement to your current training program or as a lifelong activity, it's time to find your Row Power.
