What to Expect

Our functional fitness class is done with chairs making it an excellent option for beginners or anyone at risk of falling or with limited mobility. This 45-minute class is a well-balanced mixture of low impact cardio, basic strength, core and balance exercises. You may use pilates balls, weights, and elastic tubing with handles.
