What to Expect

Members will be lead through a guided meditation which is created to explore the Sacral Chakra, The Sacral Chakra associated with not only the colour Orange and the water element, it is also a part or our personal connection in relationships, pleasure and more. This workshop will then provide them with an opportunity to explore their creativity and stress the importance of speaking, expressing and living our most authentic life. Here's a more detailed explanation: Location: Situated in the lower abdomen, just below the navel, in the area of the pelvis and hips. Sanskrit Name: Svadhisthana, meaning "one's own place". Associated Qualities: Emotions: It governs our emotional experiences and feelings. Creativity: It is linked to creative expression and inspiration. Balancing: Techniques like yoga, meditation, and affirmations can help to balance and harmonize the sacral chakra. During the workshop I will discuss the importance of Self-Expression - learning to listen deeply to our body, heart and mind. When we don’t feel safe to be or to express our creative self, it is as though we are turning to stone from the inside out. Let’s gives members an outlet to that amazing voice!
