Kids Swim Lessons

Learning to swim is powerful and an important safety skill. Introduce your child to an activity he or she will love for life.

Group Lessons

Weekly 30-minute progressive swimming lessons run year-round for kids of all ages. We make it easy for parents with rolling enrollment and recurring lessons for as long as you want — no need to register for sessions. Is membership required to enroll in swim lessons?

An active club-accessing Life Time junior membership is required for kids swim lessons.

Is there a multiple child discount?

For members enrolling multiple children in swim lessons, all children after the first child enrolled will receive a 25% discount on the lesson cost.

Can you do more than one swim lesson per week? Multiple lessons per week?

We do offer the option to participate in multiple swim lessons per week. We have this option for group, semi-private and private lessons.

Can a non-member bring my children to their swim lessons?

Yes. The Parent/Legal Guardian Permission Agreement must be completed to allow a non-member to bring a junior member to swim lessons. The non-member would have access to the aquatics area only and would not have access to the rest of the club. If the same non-member will be bringing the child to swim lessons frequently, a membership is recommended for an enhanced check-in process and in-club experience.

Are the swim lessons indoor or outdoor?

Most kids swim lessons take place within our indoor pools. However, lessons may be held in the outdoor pool in certain locations (weather dependent).

Are adult swim lessons offered?

Life Time does offer swim lesson programming for adults. Private lessons can be scheduled with our aquatics team directly. Semi-private and group lessons for adults will be available based on member need. If you don’t see lessons on the schedule at your club, contact the aquatics team for assistance.
