What to Expect

Practicing dance builds strong minds and bodies while teaching the basic fundamentals of dance technique. Instructors encourage self-expression, creativity, discipline and play through dance styles ranging from traditional ballet to modern hip-hop. We take the idea of the traditional dance class, and infuse it with the Life Time ideals of a healthy way of life. This is a progression-based class that teaches skills and concepts that children can build upon week over week. Must receive Instructor approval prior to registration (ADVANCED CLASSES ONLY). You may register 60 days prior to the session and up to two weeks after the session begins if space is available. After that, registration for that session will be closed.
