Introducing ARORA Certified Personal Trainers
We’ve hand-selected a group of trainers who are certified to train active, older adults. These trainers have extensive knowledge in common injuries, surgeries, medications and more — all to customize the personal training experience.

Start your membership with a complimentary one-on-one session with an ARORA-Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in training active, older adults for improved strength, flexibility, cardio, health and more.
ARORA Equipment Orientation
Your complimentary session with a trainer will help orient you to the fitness floor, finding the best equipment to fit your needs. They understand the human body, in all stages and ages.
Pickleball is quickly learned and loved by all. With dedicated courts and pickleball-only locations, Life Time is the nation’s pickleball destination.
