What to Expect
This $125 session can be booked on the app with payment by anyone to work privately from 2:15pm- 3:15pm with Nicole. Come dressed to practice and a plan of how you want to advance or focus your 1:1 session. Are you wanting to work on restorative yoga? Are you looking for a private vinyasa class to build up stability and stamina for a specific arm balance- or something inbetween? Strict 48 hour cancelation policy in effect. No shows or late cancels will be charged in full. Walk-ins are not available, LT Members only- must be age 18+ to book. Please reach out to LWozney@LT.life with any questions. 1 person per session
