What to Expect
Alpha Conditioning is a total-body athletic training program that challenges your energy systems, muscular strength and endurance. You’ll use different forms of interval training and functional strength movements while focusing on a heart rate zone to max out your effort. This format is conditioning-heavy, using metcons and circuit-style training. This class is specifically designed for athletes ages 12-15.
