In observance of the Easter holiday, Life Time Frontenac hours are as follows on 4/20: Club hours: 5am-10pm; Kids Academy: Closed; Infant Care: Closed; Family Swim: 10am-8pm; Swim Lessons: Canceled; LifeSpa: Closed.
