What to Expect

This is a technique based swim workout to help with stroke refinement in freestyle, open water, backstroke, breastroke and butterfly. Warm up, Drills, and a workout set are included for Beginner, Intermediate and advanced swimmers. All participants must be able to swim 25 meters continuously of at least 2 strokes to join. $150 per month billed first of each month covers lane reservation, sets posted to Life Time Workout App. Filming and individualized workouts given as well to help progress students.
