Search for “Life Time” in the Apple App Store or Google Play, or click the buttons below.
How to Access the Programs
After you download the Life Time app, open the app and sign in using your Life Time member account.
Once you’re in the app, scroll down on the home screen to the "Workouts and Programs" section. Scroll to the right to select “Explore More Programs” to browse and enroll in a complimentary program.
