Drills are organized hitting sessions with multiple players, usually scheduled to meet on the same day and time each week, with players signing up on a weekly basis. Women’s, men’s and coed options are available, varying by level.

For experienced players, this fast-moving doubles-formatted drill will give you a fantastic cardio workout on your favorite place, the tennis court. A pro starts every point, then it’s a fun and sweaty, nonstop game of challengers versus champions.
Open to all players, these high-energy drills focus on footwork and conditioning. Guaranteed to get your blood pumping, you’ll start with a warm-up, power through a cardio workout, and end with a cooldown. Coed unless specified.
