Locate a parking garage
Life Time members and guests receive exclusive discounted rates at two nearby ramps, Mayo Clinic Parking Garage and Hawthorne Parking Ramp. Follow these steps for a smooth arrival experience.
Mayo Clinic Square Parking Ramp
$6 for 2 Hours
34 N 7th St, Minneapolis, MN 55403
(Located directly across the street from Life Time and accessible through the Skyway)

Enter the Garage
Access the underground Mayo Clinic Garage from N 7th Street.

Validate at the Club
Scan the QR Code at the front desk of Life Time Target Center to download the Metropolis app and claim your discounted rate.

Exit the Garage
Exit the garage within two hours of parking to keep your discounted rate. Pay via the Metropolis app.
Hawthorne Parking Ramp
$3 All-Day Rate (3 Hours Prior to an Event)
31 N 9th St, Minneapolis, MN 55403
(Located down the street from Life Time and accessible through the Skyway)
Pro Tip: Use the Timberwolves + Target Center app to check for event times and avoid peak congestion.

Bring your ticket with you to the club.

Validate at the Club
Scan your ticket at the front desk to validate before or after your visit.

Pay at the Station
Insert your validated ticket and pay upon exiting the garage. The $3 rate is valid only outside of a 3-hour window surrounding Target Center events.
