What to Expect
You’ll move through sun salutations (suryanamaskar A and B) and then complete a defined series of standing poses, including balance poses, each held for five cycles of breath. You’ll move to a series of floor poses, including intense twists and stretches, as well as backbends and inversions. Class will begin or end in meditation.
