Registration
Do my child(ren) need a Life Time membership to enroll in Life Time Kids Camps?
To enroll your children (or grandchildren) in school break or summer camps at Life Time, you must be a standard or signature member and your child(ren) must be active juniors on the membership. Upon adding or reactivating your child on your membership, Kids Camp registration will be available immediately on the Life Time website. Registration will be available on your Life Time Digital app the following day.
If the child is 12 years of age or older, they are eligible to hold a membership on their own, with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
What is the price per camp?
This amount varies by location and camp offering. Browse camps to see options and pricing for your club.
What is the camp cancellation policy?
- For installment plans or paid-in-full:
- Cancellations received 21 days or more before the day of camp will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the day of the camp will forfeit any paid camp fees.
- For installment plans, we will cancel your registration if your payment is not received.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via My Reservations. If less than 21 days out, please submit any questions or special requests here.
- If a camp or program is not able to operate due to directives provided by local, state, or the federal government, you will receive a full refund for all camp fees paid, returned to the original form of payment.
Can I change camp days or electives?
Changes can only be made 21 days or more from your camp start date. If you are on a payment installment plan, log in to My Reservations in the Life Time app or member website to make edits to your camp registration. If you have paid in full or if your camp start date is within 21 days, click here to request changes. All registration changes are subject to availability.
Is there a multi-child discount?
Camp pricing is per child and there is not a multi-child discount.
Can you request to have children placed in the same group for Kids Camp?
We will do everything in our power to honor requests to keep children together if they are taking part in the same camp. Based on ratio needs and age restrictions, this may not always be possible.
What payment options are available?
You may choose to Pay Now or Pay Later at the time of registration.
Pay Later payment option:
- Available for all camps regardless of duration of camp
- Available for camps that start 16 days into the future at the time of registration
- Ex: Someone wishing to register for camp during the week of July 18th would need to register and select Pay Later on or before July 2nd
- Automatically paid via your dues payment account two weeks prior to the first day of camp with all fees drafted on the Monday of the corresponding week.
- Ex: Someone registering for camp that starts the week of July 18th will be drafted for that week of camp on July 4th.
The use of Pay Later for camp payment requires an active dues Life Time account. If you have a Partner member on your Life Time account, they must be designated as an authorized user of the account for them to utilize Pay Later. To authorize a Partner member, log into your account in the Life Time app or member website and visit Members on Account.

What are the camp operating hours?

Is lunch provided during Kids Camp?
Campers can either bring a lunch from home or can purchase lunch through our LifeCafe. LifeCafe lunch pricing is $8 ($9 CAD) per day.
What is a typical day like at camp?
While at Life Time camps, can my child(ren) participate in swim lessons and/or swim team?
Campers will have the choice to participate in either swim lessons or swim team throughout the week.
Swim team is an excellent form of exercise that challenges swimmers to swim the length of the pool and participate in swim meets (depending on club location). Swim lessons are available for all ages and abilities. To properly place all children in a swim level, they will take a Swim Assessment. If your child is not a strong swimmer and does not pass our swim test, we will provide them with a life jacket.
Swim lessons or swim team occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Mondays and Wednesdays, campers will have free swim time for games and fun in the pool.
What are the camper to staff ratios?
Junior Camp: 1:6
School Age & Tween Camp on-site: 1:10
School Age & Tween Camp off-site: 1:7
Swimmers (can swim 25 meters unassisted): 1:10
Non-swimmers: 1:6
What training do your Kids Camps counselors receive?
Being a Kids Camp team member entails a comprehensive screening and interview process, background check, and CPR and First Aid training. Additionally, our camp staff participates in behavior management and positive guidance training activities. Once certified, ongoing evaluations help ensure your child(ren) are being supervised and supported by trained and educated counselors to help ensure an overall superior and safe camp experience.
Does Life Time offer camp field trips?
If your child(ren) is registered for summer camp on a Friday, they will be participating in a field trip, and are included in your camp fee. Field trips may be on- or off-site (campers are transported to off-site field trips by licensed transportation) and subject to change. Field trip destinations can be found within the camp registration page for each individual week.
All campers are required to wear their camp T-shirt (provided the day of their first field trip) for all off-site field trips.
What is the drop-off/pick-up process like?
You will receive club-specific details regarding drop-off and pick-up locations one week before camp begins.
At drop-off, a counselor will check-in your child(ren) and then escort them inside the club.
When picking up, you will need to show a government-issued ID. If anyone other than you will be picking up your child(ren) from camp throughout the summer, they need to be listed as an authorized pickup on your participation agreement and will also need to show an ID.
