Do I need to reserve lanes in advance?

Do you allow circle and split lanes?

We encourage members to share lanes with others by utilizing circle/split lane practices.

Are flip turns allowed?

Flip turns are allowed in Life Time pools.

What are the pool temperatures?

Life Time’s indoor pools are heated year-round. Our indoor leisure pool is heated to approximately 89 degrees, while our indoor lap pool is heated to approximately 82 degrees. Outdoor pools are also heated, but temperature ranges are weather-dependent.

Can I walk in the lap lanes?

Members are welcome to use the lap lanes for walking if that is their preferred exercise. Some clubs will reserve lanes specifically for water walking. Check the pool schedule for lap swimming times.

Do you offer aqua aerobics?

Life Time offers aqua aerobics classes for our members. Viewing class schedules and registering is easy through the Life Time Digital app.

Is Masters Swim included with my membership?

Club-accessing members have access to Masters Swim for an additional fee.

What are the qualifications to join a Masters swim program?

There are no required qualifications to join the Masters Swim program, with the exception of already knowing how to swim. The program is intended for those who are looking to swim in a fun environment with other members while improving their technique.
