Life Time Plymouth - Guest of a member hours

Effective 2/1/25, Guest hours are as follows: 5am - 7pm Monday through Friday, and 5am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. Members must be 18+ to bring a guest.

To redeem guest passes, download and use the Life Time (LT) Digital App. Passes are only available through the app. To invite a guest: Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, select "Invite a Guest," and send the invitation. Guests must create a free account, download the app, and accept the pass. At check-in, guest must show the accepted pass, and show their photo ID to gain access. View Less
