Play. Learn. Love.
Our innovative adult beginner program makes it possible for anyone to step on a court and start to play right away. We start with smaller courts and use lower-compression balls that are easier to hit, and our certified teaching pros are there to help you every step of the way. New sessions start the first week of each month.

Classes
With our Life Time signature teaching methodology, learning the game becomes enjoyable. Organized technical and tactical instruction offers a structured, comfortable class environment. Register for 7-to-8 week sessions.

Drop-In Drills
Drills are organized hitting sessions with multiple players, usually scheduled to meet on the same day and time each week, with players signing up on a weekly basis. Women’s, men’s and coed options are available, varying by level.

Cardio Tennis
Open to all players, these high-energy drills focus on footwork and conditioning. Guaranteed to get your blood pumping, you’ll start with a warm-up, power through a cardio workout, and end with a cooldown. Coed unless specified.
